All orders will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.
The Karmabelles product range is promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
Should Karmabelles offer a discount sale on the product(s) or product range, the sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.
Some large orders may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate delivery. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
Please note that domestic orders are sent via Australia Post. Please ensure you have completed all address details to ensure your order arrives in the fast possible timeframe. We will endeavour to send your order to you within 7 days of making your purchase.
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
Where possible, Australia Post is our preferred supplier. International airmail orders are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. Deliveries of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. Karmabelles will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. International Express Registered Courier orders are traceable and fully insured and therefore replaceable if lost en route.
Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed. The transmission of this information to Karmabelles may affect estimated delivery times. Karmabelles reserves the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Australia.

Customs and International Duty
While Australian tax (G.S.T.) is removed from all international orders please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charge must be borne by the recipient.
It is important to note that due to limitations around our Shopping Cart functionality, where International orders are charged GST at time of purchase, the GST amount will be refunded by Karmabelles after completion of the sale. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please email the Karmabelles Office firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line heading "International GST Enquiry".
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products in original sale condition if notified by you within 14 days of receipt of purchase, on presentation of the original Karmabelles online sales docket. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error.

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
Please contact us prior to returning goods to Karmabelles. Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by Registered Post by the recipient at their own expense. Upon receipt of the returned goods Karmabelles will:
i. Refund the original cost of goods plus the initial delivery charge to the original credit card used to place the order
ii. Refund the mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card
No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Karmabelles. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international deliveries are subject to our International terms and conditions.
